Set up your device
Follow these steps to get your clock-in station up and running:
1. Go to Settings > Configuration > Clock-in station > Setup.
2. Click Add new device. A green box will appear with a unique 9-digit code for your device.
3. Open a web browser on the device you want to use as the clock-in station (your company’s tablet or smartphone) and go to the provided URL.
4. Enter the 9-digit code from the green box in Step 2 to sign in on the device.
5. Done! Your clock-in station is now set up and ready to use.
Enhance your setup
The steps above are enough to get your clock-in station up and running, but these optional steps will make it even more convenient to use:
Install the clock-in station as an app
Install the clock-in station as a progressive web app (PWA) for easier access. Once installed, you can open it just like an app.
Open the clock-in station in your browser and select Add to Home Screen or Install (depending on your browser). Learn how to install a PWA.
Turn on kiosk mode
Kiosk mode limits your device to the clock-in station, preventing access to other apps, so employees can only use it to clock in and out.

Note: The process may vary slightly on Android depending on the device brand and software version.
Keep the screen always on
To prevent the screen from turning off while the clock-in station is in use, you can adjust your device’s settings to keep it on.

You can enable this setting when configuring Guided Access.
For Android
Set this up separately in your device’s settings.
