Locations can be used to group employees by their geographical location, like cities or countries.

Create a location

  1. Go to Company page
  2. Open the Locations tab
  3. Click on Create location button
  4. Enter location name (must be unique)
  5. Click Save and continue

Edit location

  1. Go to Company page
  2. Open the Locations page
  3. Click on the location you like to edit
  4. You can change the name of the location, (de)activate public/custom holidays or (un)assign employees.

Assign employees

  1. Go to Company page
  2. Open the Locations page
  3. Click on the location you like to edit
  4. Open the Assigned tab
  5. Click Assign button
  6. Mark employees you would like to assign.
  7. Click Save changes button

You can assign several employees to a location. Each employee can only be assigned to a single location.

Delete location

  1. Go to Company page
  2. Open the Locations page
  3. Click on the location you like to delete
  4. Click Delete location button
  5. Confirm deletion on confirmation dialog

The selected location will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone. All assigned employees will be unassigned from this location.
