1. Sign in to your kiwiHR account
  2. Go to the Attendance page
  3. Select the Work schedules button from the top bar
  4. Select the Work schedule that you want to configure
  5. Open the Workweek tab
  6. Activate work schedule Working days
  7. Define Expected working hours for the activated working days
  8. Click the Save changes button

Expected working time

We will use workweek configuration to calculate employees’ weekly and monthly expected working time.

Work schedule impact on time off

Work schedule configuration affects time off usage. Time off days will only be deducted for selected working days.
