We’re excited to introduce Whistleblowing! This feature helps your company stay transparent, EU Whistleblowing Directive compliant, and secure.
Give your employees (and others) a safe, anonymous way to report concerns. Unlike most HR platforms, in kiwiHR you can create multiple, tailored channels for different countries, locations, or departments.
Create multiple whistleblowing channels
As an admin, you can create different channels for each location, country, or even entity, with unique managers and categories. These channels are available in KiwiHR and through secure public links for external users. See how to create a whistleblowing channel.
Maintain full anonymity
Whether accessed from within KiwiHR or via public links, submissions are fully anonymous. Even if someone submits from their KiwiHR account, their identity stays hidden.
Who sees what
Only the assigned team or employees can view the cases submitted through each channel. Even admins don’t have default access, ensuring extra confidentiality.
Track your case anonymously
After submitting a case, you will get a private access key to track updates. Or, you can leave your email for notifications, which is anonymized so it stays hidden from channel managers.
Collaborate on cases
Channel managers can work together on cases and communicate directly with whistleblowers to resolve issues.
With full anonymity and easy case management, we believe it's a win for both your organization and your employees 🙌
