Introducing the Journeys feature, aimed at managing, aligning and centralizing employee HR processes within a company.
With Journeys, you can easily manage HR processes related to an employee's lifecycle within the company. The module comes with three basic types of journeys: pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding.
Aside from these three basic types, you can create your own custom journey types. These can be used for processes surrounding pay raises, crossboarding, training and anything else your company requires.
Journeys are made up of steps, and these steps are made up of tasks. Users can tick off individual tasks inside a step, and thus complete steps within a journey, which allows for an easy workflow organization. You can also add trigger dates and deadlines to steps or task level, thus indicating when certain tasks will be starting and due by.
Currently there are three types of tasks (with more to come soon!). These are:
Profile data: This type of task requires providing or updating an employee's profile data. These tasks are especially useful in pre-onboarding and onboarding processes.
File upload: This type of task requires the upload of a file. It is most used to manage employee-related documents.
General Task: This type is a one-size fits all made to cover all other sorts of tasks. You can create a custom title and description to indicate what needs to be done.
