To address challenges with rigid review processes, we’re introducing a more flexible review creation system. This new approach will include four optional steps—nominations, individual opinions, summaries, and signatures—providing HR teams the freedom to design reviews that fit their needs. Over time, this update will replace Grow’s current review offering and improve the overall experience.
This is the sole project we’ve chosen to focus on under Grow for Q1—a highly anticipated update that will bring over 60 enhancements to this product area, delivering impactful improvements across the board.

✅ Q1 AI Writer: Evaluation summaries
The AI Writer will streamline candidate evaluation by synthesizing all written feedback into clear, concise summaries. It will highlight areas of agreement and disagreement among evaluators, extract key strengths and concerns, and maintain traceability to the original evaluations. The tool will allow quick verification and adjustments, saving time while ensuring accuracy.
