Time off requests can be created in kiwiHR from any page. If necessary, a comment or attachment can be added.
 

Submit time off request

  1. Move the mouse over the plus (top, left of the picture)
  2. Click on Request time off and select a time off type you want to request
  3. Select From and To dates. Click on the start date and move the mouse to the end date.
  4. Optionally, you can add a comment or upload an attachment
  5. Confirm by clicking Submit request button
  6. The requester and the approver (team manager or admin) will receive a notification

Administrators can make time off requests for themselves and all other employees, team managers only for themselves and team members of their own team.
