Time off requests can be created in kiwiHR from any page. If necessary, a comment or attachment can be added.
Submit time off request
- Move the mouse over the plus (top, left of the picture)
- Click on Request time off and select a time off type you want to request
- Select From and To dates. Click on the start date and move the mouse to the end date.
- Optionally, you can add a comment or upload an attachment
- Confirm by clicking Submit request button
- The requester and the approver (team manager or admin) will receive a notification
Administrators can make time off requests for themselves and all other employees, team managers only for themselves and team members of their own team.
