Go to Time off / Balances

This page displays the balances of the different types of employee absences over a defined period.

It is possible to select a period and a time off type for which you wish to display balances.

The summary shows the accumulated entitlements, the days taken and the days remaining in the selected period.

It is possible to adjust the balances using the icon on the right. The edit page then lists all employees assigned to the same policy.

Changes are only applied to the selected period. The rights defined within the time off policy are applied at the next renewal.

  • Accrual: balance accrued over the period

  • Carry-over: rights carried over from the previous period

  • Requests: number of absence days requested

  • Adjustment: manual adjustment of absence days

The entries displayed can also be exported in CSV format by clicking on the Export button.
