The “Time off request” option in the drop-down menu allows you to request time off and absence
The quick request menu is always available.
Request on the type of absence
A request can be made using the + that appears when dragging the mouse over the desired type of absence.
Administrators and team managers can make requests on behalf of other employees.
Employees are notified by email of their absence request. When the request is approved or denied, they are also notified.
Team managers receive email notification of requests from their team members and of their own requests if they are added as members to their team.
Administrators receive email notification of requests from team managers, other administrators and employees who are not assigned to a team or who do not have a team manager.
Requests pending validation on the dashboard
Employees have access to their own absence requests, team managers can view the requests of their team members and administrators can view the requests of all employees.
Approving or rejecting requests
Team managers can approve and reject requests from their team members and administrators can approve and reject requests from all employees.
Cancelling a request
Employees can cancel their pending or already validated request if the absence date has not yet passed.
Team managers and administrators can cancel a request that is pending validation, already validated and also a past request.
A request can be cancelled by clicking on it and then on Cancel request.
