Means of payment
At the time of subscription, you can choose a credit card or SEPA direct debit as a means of payment.
The payment method can then be updated in Settings / Subscription / Payment.
Please contact us if you do not have a VAT number.
Payment security
All bank transactions made on kiwiHR are secured by our payment provider Stripe.
Stripe's payment system is PCI Level 1 certified, the highest level of security. The credit card or IBAN number entered is encrypted. The transaction is completely secure and confidential.
Payment problem
If a billing payment problem occurs, only the account administrators are notified of the problem. Users can still access the features for a few days.
However, it is important to regularise the payment as soon as possible to avoid the account being blocked afterwards.
Invoices
The address to which the invoice email is sent can be set in Settings / Subscription / Payment.
You can download your invoices at any time in Settings / Subscription / Invoices.
