Custom modules let you create and tailor data structures to suit your specific needs. They can be made on either employee or company level, and you can define all the fields in the module. On top of that, you can even customize who has which level of access to each module.
What will change?
Custom modules are replacing some currently existing features and allowing you to create your own item or file collections that are perfectly adapted to your business needs. Any pre-existing feature replaced by custom modules will be re-created automatically as a custom module in your company account and all your existing data will be kept safe.
How to use custom modules?
Custom modules are super easy to set up. You can do it in 3 simple steps:
Define what your module is used for and if it’s employee or company related.
Define which data fields your module should contain and which ones are mandatory.
Assign specific reading, commenting and editing access to your module to teams and employees within the company.
