To create a journey template, follow these simple steps. From the navigation bar on the left, select Journeys, then Library. From that page, click on the "New template" button.
1. Choose a journey type
First, choose what type of journey the template should relate to.
2. Name the template
Add a name and provide a short description for the template
3. Add steps and tasks
Now you can start creating steps and tasks inside that template.
How to create steps from scratch
Click the create from scratch button
Name the step, add a description and define the start and due dates
Start adding tasks to the step you created - You can see how to create tasks in our "How to create tasks in journeys" article.
Once you're done, click Save changes and your template will be ready to be used for your journeys!
