    Introduce a redesigned employee profile that consolidates all essential information in one place. This profile provides easy access to details such as personal information, time-offs, celebration moments, and more, while offering customization options for the look and feel, ensuring a more engaging and user-friendly experience for both employees and HR teams.

  • Q4 Bulk documents upload and assignment
    Enable HR teams to efficiently upload and assign multiple documents to employees at once, streamlining document management processes.

Time and attendance


  • Rebuild time off rules configuration and management
    Redesign the process for configuring and managing time off rules to accommodate diverse and complex leave policies. This improvement will make it easier for HR teams to set up and adjust leave rules according to company policies, labor laws, and employee needs.

  • Q4 Time tracking device mode
    Introduce a dedicated mode for time tracking that allows employees to clock in and out using specific devices, such as tablets or kiosks, placed at work locations.

  • Improve balance management and rebuild time off views
    Enhance the accuracy and transparency of leave balances by improving the balance management system. Rebuild the time off views to provide a clearer and more intuitive interface for both employees and HR teams to monitor, request, and approve time off.

    Introduce an extended usage period for unused leave, offering a more flexible alternative to traditional carryover rules.

  • Q3 Datev integration
    Seamlessly connect KiwiHR with Datev, a leading payroll and accounting software in Germany. This integration allows pre-payroll processing within KiwiHR, with automated transfer of payroll data to Datev and receipt of processed information, simplifying payroll management and reducing manual tasks.

    Seamlessly connect KiwiHR with Silae, France's leading payroll and accounting software.
